Refund and Returns Policy For Ranjana Yoga Class
At Ranjana Yoga Class, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our customers. Please review the following terms regarding refunds and returns before making any purchase.
1. Refunds for Live Yoga Sessions
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live yoga session, you may request a 50% refund under the following conditions:
- Refund Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Refunds of 50% will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- If the session is missed without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
- For long-term online programs, if the course is canceled from our side, a refund will be provided, however, no refund will be provided if the Cancelation comes from the practitioner’s side. As yoga teachers are booked and scheduled in advance, we cannot refund the amount.
2. Rescheduling Sessions
- You may request to reschedule any live session up to 12 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling will be based on the availability of the instructor’s time, and no additional fees will apply for rescheduling.
- If rescheduling is not possible within your preferred time, the original session charge will apply.
3. No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products
Please note that all purchases of digital products, including eBooks, video tutorials, or other downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the purchase is made, you will have immediate access to the content, and due to the nature of digital products, returns are not applicable.
